The rules governing your use of AEC Job For ME. Please read carefully before registering.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on AEC Job For ME ("Platform"), operated by GA Design Consultants LLP ("Company", "we"), you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately at support@aecjobforme.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are inactive for 24 months, or contain fraudulent information.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including the AEC Job For ME brand, logo, design, software, and curated data is the property of GA Design Consultants LLP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile data, cover letters). By submitting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the accuracy of job listings, employer verifications, or salary data. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage resolution of disputes through our Grievance Officer before approaching courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you may close your account before that date.
